About the work:

From Zámecké schody Street leading up to Prague Castle, there is a view of the Malá Strana district, its rooftops and the Baroque bell towers of St Nicholas’s Church, as well as the row of colourful façades along Thunovská Street. In the distance, the silhouette of the television tower in Žižkov can be seen. The drawing captures this multi-layered quality that characterises the atmosphere of Prague.
