About the work:

The narrow streets wind their way, branch off, climb and descend. You think you’ve spotted a doorway, a flight of steps, but no. The pencil sketch is full of angles, nooks and crannies, and dead ends. The walls are white, blindingly bright or cool, depending on the time of day. The sky is nothing but a thin veil above. A work that celebrates the vertigo of Cycladic villages, that strange pleasure of no longer knowing where one is.
