Article 4 – Prices and Billing
Prices are quoted inclusive of all taxes. For orders from the eurozone, prices are in euros. For certain countries, prices may be displayed in a different currency. Services subject to quotation: currency as agreed.
Shipping costs (for physical items) are displayed before checkout.
All orders can be paid for by credit card or bank transfer.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal (Consumers)
In accordance with the Consumer Code, consumers have 14 days to cancel the contract.

The customer is responsible for the return of physical prints, unless the product is non-compliant or defective.
Article 7 – Intellectual Property (Licences)
7.1 Ownership – The images remain the exclusive property of the artist, who retains all intellectual property rights. The sale does not transfer any ownership rights, but grants a limited licence to use the works in accordance with the terms set out below.
7.2 Licence for private individuals (private use) – For any order placed by a private individual (a natural person acting outside the scope of their professional activity), the licence is personal, private and non-commercial, with no restrictions on duration or territory. The following are strictly prohibited: resale, public distribution (via websites, social media, exhibitions or screenings), use for advertising or promotional purposes, and any incorporation into a commercial product or service.
7.3 Professional Licence – For all professionals (architects, agencies, companies, freelancers), the licence is limited to the single client project expressly specified on the invoice, for the duration of the project. Any use outside the scope of this project (including for the same client), as well as any reproduction, adaptation, distribution or sub-licensing, requires the artist’s prior written consent and may result in additional charges.
7.4 Competitions or presentations – The image may only be used in connection with the designated project (competition, internal presentation or presentation to the client). The publication of results, public exhibition, communication or any dissemination relating to the project is prohibited without the artist’s written consent.
7.5 Common provisions – Previews, test files or low-resolution images provided prior to purchase are not covered by any licence. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement and may result in civil and criminal proceedings.
Article 8 – Mediation
In the event of a dispute, private customers may seek mediation or bring the matter before the competent court. In accordance with the Consumer Code, customers may refer the matter to a consumer mediator free of charge (contact details available on request). Business customers are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Créteil District Court.
Article 9 – Applicable law and protection of European consumers
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
For private customers residing in the EU: in accordance with the Rome I Regulation, any more favourable mandatory provisions of their country of residence shall apply where applicable.
For private customers outside the EU and all business customers: French law applies exclusively. Any disputes with business customers fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Créteil Judicial Court.
